Rob’s Travels

Review by

Date:

Starting at Land’s End and working northwards, Rob showed us the diversity of land, sea and urban scapes that can be seen across England, Wales and Scotland. Rob’s eye for shape, texture and colour gave us new perspectives on some very familiar places and introduced us to new locations. His use of a drone brings yet another dimension to Rob’s photography showing aspects of the landscape not normally seen.

Having reached the far north of Scotland and its islands, Rob crossed the sea and took us to Iceland. Here Rob’s skills with both camera and drone showed us the many contrasts in this volcanic landscape. Rob’s final group of images were completely different showing colour, speed and mud from the world of motorcross.

Rob is one of the most talented photographers in the club and we are grateful to him for sharing his images with us.
