PhotoEntry Step-byStep Guides
The club now uses an online competition entry system PhotoEntry for all club competitions (Projected Images and Prints). To assist members in getting started with the new System, we've produced two step-by-step guides with screenshots. Both are available as downloadable files that are suitable for printing.
Part 2 of the PhotoEntry Guide refers to the old size for digital images (1400 x 1050). For the 2020-21 season your images should be sized to 1600 pixels wide by 1200 high max.

Preparing Images for Projection - Tutorials for Resizing
Digital Images must be resized for projection in club competitions.
Your resized images must be no larger than 1600 pixels wide by 1200 pixels high including any borders (note that this is a new size introduced for the 2020-21 season). Projected digital images must be saved in JPEG file format. Images are projected in sRGB colour space.
PhotoEntry - Club members will now use PhotoEntry to upload entries for club competitions. PhotoEntry takes care of numbering, naming and titling your image files after they are uploaded, so you may name your image files as you wish - it doesn't matter what the filenames are.
